new Compositor application file format only) to Simple-IQ controller

Input Parameters:
COMMUNICATION_HANDLE hCommunication
Multi-axes supervisor communication handle.
LPCTSTR cszObjName Motion object.
LPCTSTR cszLocalPath Path to SimpleIQ application file on desktop computer.
